I really still can't work it. I spent AGES trying to do it on Photoshop but then gave up and used the ever classic Ctrl+C on http://www.hotsquirrelz.com/gibbons1.html

A touch of editing in the ever classic paint, a wee bit more of Ctrl+C = Sorted!
